Cathy Chong AM - Letter of Support

I have known Franz Knoll for close to a decade.

Throughout his recent years as a Councillor for City of Adelaide council, I have found him to be helpful within our community, especially Grote Business Precinct – he frequently came to our meetings and provided invaluable suggestions and insight into support for small businesses, particularly during the last two years of COVID-19 pandemic challenges.

We have found Franz to be approachable, giving his time selflessly to help the community and provide feedback to our concerns especially when we had our shop windows broken repeatedly by a neighbour.

Franz has also supported my volunteer work for the Rotary Club of Adelaide Central (formerly RC Adelaide West), as I led a team of community volunteers (including international students and migrants), collecting donations of produce from generous traders within the Adelaide Central Market fortnightly on Saturdays.
